Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:

1 3/4 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 oz. Unsalted Butter
1 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
10 oz. Cream Cheese (room temp)
3/4 cup Confection Confectioners Sugar
1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Roasted Peanuts(chopped)
1/2 Cup Salted Peanuts
4 Cups Heavy Cream(Whipped
1/2 Cup Choclate Shavings

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl combine the graham cracker crumbs, unsalted butter and 1/4 cup of the smooth peanut butter and mix them thoroughly. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake until golden, about 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow pie to cool completely before filling. Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese with the confectioners sugar until creamy. Next add the peanut butter, milk, and peanuts and beat well. Fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. After completely incorporated, spoon the peanut butter mixture into the pie crust. Smooth out the top of the pie and refrigerate for about an hour to set. Once the pie has set, spread the remaining whipped cream over the top of the pie. Garnish with the remaining peanuts and chocolate shavings.
